Day 63

Day 63

Day 244 of the 365 Day Gratitude Challenge. Saturday, March 4th, 2017.

I'm grateful today is my Friday!

I just tried to sleep early so I can get up early. Yeah, that's not going to happen. So I decided to turn in a challenge. There is just too much on my mind. Well, I'm grateful for meditation. That is what I shall do!

Night! :)

Day 243 of the 365 Day Gratitude Challenge. Friday, March 3rd, 2017.

I'll be sure to copy the this text in case my post doesn't go through! LOL

I'm grateful I had the day off!

I cleaned out my car. And I listened to some music. I got some cleaning done. I also got a nap in thanks to some cold medicine I took earlier. And, of course, I was messing around with some Snapchat filters! LOL

That was all for today! Night! :)

"I've failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed."
~~Michael Jordan

The first love is puppy love. You're young, and the best you know about love, is something you've either seen on soap operas or movies.  What you never realize is how Hollywood writers dream of that kind of love, and therefore since they lack it, they write it.

You follow along how you think things should be with your first love.  You feel protected by him or her.  But there's also jealousy that follows; and we all know if there's no trust, you might as well get out of the relationship.

Of course, you don't realize this as a teenager!  You just assume everything will work itself out.  Sometimes it does; other times, well, it kills you.

Oh, perhaps I didn't make myself clear just in case you were thinking the supernatural doesn't exist.  Well, if it doesn't exist, how is it I'm living to tell this story?

My first love was young.  About two-hundred years young.  He was turned at the age of seventeen.  That means for the past two-hundred years, he's been trapped in the mind and body of a seventeen year old.  I was different.  I met my first love at a later age.

Of course I didn't know he was trapped in a seventeen year old body!  I was nineteen, and a sophomore in college.  We were in love; or at least I thought we were.  Jealousy came into play, and by the time graduation rolled around, I decided to call it quits.  We were always having communication breakdowns.  That was when he decided to kill me.

It doesn't matter that I'm dead and walking among the living.  What matters is I'm no longer with Max (His name was short for Maximilian--should have been an indication on how old he was).  What matters is after all these years, I'm finally successful!

I work behind the scenes, giving Hollywood writers ideas for their stories to write!  That is why you hear so much fiction--or "fiction" these days.

Every time I had failed at trying something in this world, I kept on remembering the quote Michael Jordan once gave.  He said:  "I've failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed."

Love was never really for me anyway.  Maybe someday; or perhaps, in another life!
